Declaration of accessibility
BTS Business Trading Shops GmbH endeavors to make its website accessible in accordance with Section 11 (1) of the State Disability Equality Act (LBGG) and the accessibility requirements pursuant to Section 13 (3) LBGG.
This accessibility statement applies to https://www.dataflex.shop.
Status of compatibility with the requirements
This website/mobile application is largely compatible with Section 13 (3) LBGG.
Non-accessible areas
The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:
- PDF files
Some of the PDF files (Portable Document Format) are not accessible. The conversion of all documents into accessible versions represents a disproportionate burden within the meaning of Article 5 of Directive (EU) 2016/2102. It would result in an above-average organizational burden and a considerable financial burden. There are insufficient resources available to make all affected files accessible. -
Contrast (minimum)
A few elements may have a reduced contrast ratio. If the color values can be adjusted without major consequences for the overall design, we will make the improvements immediately. All other insufficient contrast ratios will be corrected in the next relaunch.
- Empty button
The presence of buttons without visible or programmatically readable text leads to confusion and unusability for users, especially screen reader users, as they do not receive any information about the function of these elements. Empty buttons have already been removed or updated where possible. The remaining buttons will be optimized with the next relaunch. -
Missing form label
Missing form labels occur in form fields without correct labeling, which makes interaction with forms (e.g. search, booking, contact) considerably more difficult or impossible for screen reader users. In the newsletter registration area and the contact form, there are still elements without labels, which will be optimized in the next relaunch.
-
Broken ARIA reference
"Broken ARIA" refers to errors in the implementation of ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) attributes and roles on websites, which can lead to accessibility problems. Many of the errors / problems have already been resolved. The missing messages will be optimized during the next relaunch.
Creation of this accessibility statement
This accessibility statement was created on June 25, 2025.
The verification of compliance with the requirements of Directive (EU) 2016/2102 was carried out by means of a self-audit. BTS Business Trading Shops GmbH is working hard to further improve the accessibility of its website and applications.
